What is Professional Training?
Professional training is a group session in which the professional facilitator will educate business people of all about techniques they can implement into their business in order to create an environment for success. These techniques could be for personal professional development, the improvement of leadership skills, time management or any other skill that needs development.
What is Professional Coaching?
Professional coaching is a one-on-one session with a professional coach in which the objective is identifying your business or professional goals and then creating a strategic, completely customized plan to help you reach that goal.
How does a coaching session work?
Most one-on-one personal coaching sessions are done over the telephone or via video conferencing software in a 30 or 45 or 60 minute sessions 1 to 4 times per month. The client to identifies the specific topic(s) that he/she wants to be coached on in order to reach the desired outcome. Through a series of questions and mutual dialog, the coach will assist the client in defining the goal or problem and act a guide through the process. Together with the coach, the client will then strategize different ways to evaluate the topic selected, review various options, define a specific goal(s) and develop a plan of action. The coach provides a framework and a safe non-judgmental, confidential environment for the client to be encouraged, supported and challenged. The coach acts as a sounding board and in many cases will give the client a way to approach a topic from many different angels which may be unknown to the client. Personal experiences may also be offered to the client if they are relevant to the situation and the client is seeking additional input. What is a Peer Advisory Group?
A Peer Advisory Group is a gathering of like-minded professional where they can talk about their businesses, collectively brainstorm solutions to professional problems, share experiences and develop a network of trusted resources and connections.
How do virtual programs work?
Virtual programs are conducted via a video conference or over the telephone. These kinds of programs allow busy professionals to save time by getting the guidance they need wherever they are instead of having to meet at a coach’s office. Virtual programs are also more cost effective. These programs give both you and the coach the freedom to learn from anywhere, anytime.
